Description

FUSED GLASS

INSTRUCTOR:  CAROL ZODROW

This class will briefly cover the basics of fusing glass: safety, cutting, various techniques, and firing. Learn how to manipulate glass components into your personal creations. Using glass sheet, frit, stringers, powders and confetti, you will cut and shape pieces to fire in a kiln. Add in dichroic glass, decals, mica, murrini, copper sheet, stencils and reactive elements to take your skills and projects to the next level. You will take home multiple jewelry size pieces. The class is appropriate for all levels. Additional glass will be available for purchase for larger projects.
