Using glass sheet, frit, stringers, powders and confetti, you will cut and shape pieces to fire in a kiln. Add in dichroic glass, decals, mica, murrini, copper sheet, stencils and reactive elements to take your skills and projects to the next level. You will take home multiple jewelry size pieces. Carol Zodrow
Carol Zodrow is from Ohio but has lived in Florida since 1996. Over the years she has learned a variety of arts and crafts: pottery, beading, silversmithing, enamels, polymer clay and more. She is a certified instructor in Art Clay but has settled on glass fusing as her favorite medium. She was introduced to glass fusing through the Tomoka Gem & Mineral Society and has taken multiple classes at William Holland. She expanded her skills with many videos and on-line classes. She has been teaching at her home studio since 2011 and volunteers her services at “Art is Creation” (a non-profit that provides art classes to juveniles). Her students are her favorite source of inspiration.
