WIRE WEAVING II/SILVER SOLDERING TECHNIQUES
INSTRUCTOR: KASKA FIROR
This workshop we will explore combining cold wire with hot soldering techniques. Students will work together on one initial project to start off. After that everyone will work individually or in small groups on projects of their choosing based on their skill level. Kits with several designs will be available for purchase, or students can bring their own materials. Depending on the individual progress you can expect to make 4-7 projects.
Lab fee covers supplies for the initial project, practice wire and other consumables, such as liver of sulfur, steel wool, etc. The instructor will contact students a few weeks before class with a list of required tools.
